Considero que esta Agencia da una gran oportunidad a personas de otros paises para recidir de manera legal en EUA, aprender de su cultura, idioma y estilo de vida.

En la mayoría de los casos, las conselour apoyan a las familias porque son los que aportan la mayor cantidad de dinero. Aunque algunas veces la Au pair tenga razón, apoyan a las familias ofreciendoles otra Au Pair y dejando a un lado a la au pair anterior y en ocasiones mandandolas a su país de origen. La au pair paga cierta cantidad para poder trabajar en la agencia y las familias también. Es mucho dinero para lo que ofrecen.

Es una muy buena agencia sin embargo muchas familias que forman parte del programa y muchas coordinadoras de area no se preocupan por la au Pair sino por la familia. Siendo injustas, no ayudando cuando lo necesitan y en vez de defender a la au Pair en casos justos se ponen de lado de la familia. Claro esto dependerá del área y familia a la que se vaya no todas son iguales

Tenéis que tener en cuenta que aunque le paguéis a la agencia, las "host families" también lo hacen. Y en una cantidad mayor, son el cliente principal de las agencias. Las familias necesitan aupairs todos los años pero una aupair sólo puede estar un tiempo determinado. Por lo que incluso cuando deberían defender a las aupairs, os darán consejos para no perjudicar a las familias.
